What is Planet Zoo 2?
Planet Zoo 2 is Frontier Developments’ sequel to Planet Zoo, the 2019 zoo-building and management game. For the first time in the series it has fully flying birds in roofed aviaries and fully aquatic species in custom aquariums.
Beyond the zoo, Wildlife Reserves let you release the animals you breed into ecosystems you restore. It launches on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 13, 2026, with Career, Sandbox and Franchise modes.
